First, login to the backend of your website.
Remember to think of your website as a newspaper with several articles. The traditional site has one article per page (although you are not limited to this). To edit an article which is already created goto "Content" from the top menu - and then click "article manager".
You will now see a list of the articles on your website. Please note that the article manager only displays a certain number of articles per page and so - if you have a lot of pages you may need to click page 2, page 3, etc at the bottom of the window.
Once you find the article you wish to edit, click the name of the article to open it. From here you can edit the title of the article, or the content. Most of the content should be easy to edit and similar to a word processing program. There are, however, a few differences. One example is that websites do not use tabs for indentation so you cannot use the tab key in your article.
When you are finished editing your article you can click "apply" on the top right - which will save your article and keep it open for further editing. Or you can click the "save" button which will save your changes and then close the article and bring you back to the article manager. If you wish to quit without saving your changes you can simply click the "close" button.
/** Please note that you should never hit the BACK button on your web browser but instead should click "save" or "close" (as appropriate) when finished with an article. Think of your articles as books in a library. Once you open an article you have checked it out so that no one else can edit it. This prevents two people from trying to edit the same article at the same time. Once you are finished you check it back in by clicking "close" or "save". If instead you click BACK or shut down your computer before checking it back in - no one else may be able to edit the article until you check it back in. **/
